    Help Please - Classified Images are Huge!

    Hi,

    I need help. Started Classipress "classified site" and will be printing a local shopper type paper next week! A friend posted an ad and when he uploaded image it is huge! (Takes up the whole front page) - second image he tried to upload gave him some "fatal error" message?
    The pic he uploaded was 492kb - Classipress should handle up to 500kb right?

    Shouldn't Classipress not allow a pic to be so huge?
    I am a newbie with wordpress, CSS & themes so any help would be appreciated!
    My paper comes out in 8 days and my site will get alot of traffic!
