Help Still Having Numerous Issues.

I made the appropriate changes as suggested due to out of memory issues I was having. None truly worked, in fact, they caused more problems. Hostgator said the files I changed needed to be reset to prior files so they did that.

Now my site www.kampusclassifieds.com does not show any main categories on its front page. When I click on the categories link, only the 1st main category (Alabama) shows. My admin still shows 12,553 categories so all of them are in there, but nothing is showing correctly on the site itself.

I am at a complete loss as to why nothing is showing up? Can anyone help? I have a great deal of time and money involved in this project, but once I got over 11,000 categories, everything pretty much went to hell, so to speak.

I would be happy to pay someone for their time and expertise in getting this project back on track.
