Home page ads list navigation

I am using v 3.0.5.3 - haven't upgraded as there was extensive customisation carried out on the ad listing forms etc. and to upgrade and over write all those changes would be too much extra work.

The problem is when you have the number of posts listed set to say 12 and you have more than 12 ads posted the page 2 link at the bottom on the home page clicks through to a Oops page not found message.

I have set the posts displayed to more than the number of ads so all ads can be seen but is there a bug repair for this and if so where would I make the amendment.

Appreciate any help with this.
