How to bulk change field entries for Advanced Search

I've just installed Rubencio's Advanced Search plugin and it works great - I thoroughly recommend it. However I now have a problem. One of my fields, which is a dropdown, is not searchable. I think this is because of the way I have written the options. The field is "height" and the options are things like 5'3-5'6. I think Wordpress has a problem with the ' in 5'3 and so no ads come up in any searches of this field.

I am therefore going to rewrite the different options - perhaps 5 ft3 ins - 5 ft 6 ins. (If anyone has a better suggestion I will be very grateful).

ANYWAY - what I would like to know is - is there any way to bulk change the entries for each ad? I don't want to go through every ad individually and manually change every "5'3-5'6" into "5 ft3 ins - 5 ft 6 ins". I know it's all in a database and I have a cPanel shortcut - but I have never gone into it before. Can I use it, and if so what do I do?
