    How to change right content top box?

    I have looked and looked for a week and can't figure out how to change this box. It's driving me crazy! When I look with Firebug it shows where I want to change to be in the html file. I can't find this file anywhere. My site is BrazoriaCountyTrader.com. Its the top right box that starts with "Welcome to Our Web site". Any help would be very much appreciated.
