How to edit/change the words for "Featured Listing $8 ...front page" ?

Hi,since I will be buying the plugin Featured Ultimate to enhance the featured ads, was thinking to mention the additional benefit of buying featured ads in our site by mentioning them on the listing page.

Instead of the standard
"Featured Listing $xx
Your listing will appear in the featured slider section at the top of the front page." ,

I may want to change to

" Featured Listing $xx
Your listing will appear in the featured slider section at the top of the front page, with ribbon and background highlight, on top in both ad category and search pages"

So where in the ccs or file should I edit/add these words?
