How do I get rid of this?

I found this on the homepage of my website below the footer

I don't know where it has come from but how do I get rid of it?

Also I removed the 'Powered by Wordpress' through the footer.php but it has returned on my website, however I cannot delete it again via the footer.php as it is not there to delete.
