How to make fields in ad contact form required

I've received several inquiries about classified ads on my site, people have sent questions using the form to the right of the classified ad they're looking at.

BUT, they don't put their name or email address in... the subject is filled in by default, then they just write in the "message" area and they complete the "5+1" or whatever and submit... I have no way of knowing who they are or how to get in touch with them.

Ideas on how to make them required so I can contact them?

If they were serious, about getting in touch you think they'd fill in those fields, no?
