    how to Msg registered users

    Hi, i am just wondering lets say if i want to send an update to users that are registered what plugin or script do you guys use? i beleive emailing all users once a month is a good idea it brings them back incase they forgot about your site an update to let them know about the changes or services that are available is a good idea
