How to validate DIV prevent overfloating words and sentence from content

Hi all,
My site got content over-floating beyond the boundary.I donot know how to validate to prevent from over-floating.I attached print screen with this post.is there anyone who also facing problem same as me and solved before,please share with me.

Another question is I wan to put <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text-html; charset=utf-8" /><link href="style1.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> into page in order to properly to see my country language as I have translated but dont now where should i put this one? is it under theme-header.php or what?

I really appreciated for your help.
