    how do you delete the SECOND instance of Sexybookmarks?

    I am using Sexybookmarks in manual mode.
    I want to position the bookmark icons above the 'Ad Reference ID' box.
    However, when I manually insert the code <?php if(function_exists('selfserv_shareaholic')) { selfserv_shareaholic(); } ?> in single-ad_listing.php exactly where I want it to appear, a second instance of the icons still shows up at the bottom.
    How do I remove this second duplicate instance?
