Import Categories (CP 3.0.5.3)

I know this may have been asked in past - but no apparent resolution has been found.

I know how to mass import categories for blog posts (as identified in previous topics), but with CP 3.0.5.3, how can I mass import categories for 'AD CATEGORIES'??

I have approx. 100 categories that I would like to import and really don't think one should have to input one at a time?
