Import does not work with £ sign - help please

Hi,

I've tested this and the csv import does not work with the £ sign. Eg if it is entered in the description field, the imported text stops at "£" and does not import the rest of the text.

Mods please try with the following example entered in the description field:-
Description: "Does this £ import"
Imported Description Result will be: "Does this"

Is there anything I can do to add the £ sign as the importer does not seem to like it?
