Improved categories list display, now supports hierarchy????

Hi guys,

I need to adjust my categories, is this feature now available and how so?

Note: I do not want "alphabetical" ordering....

I have example categories...

AAA
BBB
CCC
....
....
ZZZ
ETC


So i want to order this as 1st BBB, 2nd AAA, 3rd ZZZ, 4th CCC etc etc

Basically I need to order it by popularity, so "services, jobs, houses" will go first on top rather then categories like "pets, books, work wanted" etc.

Is this possible? if not what is...
