    Issue with custom forms

    Hi, i am trying to create custom forms, but when i create a new form layout, and click "Create new form", the form is added, but with no default fields.

    i try adding the fields from the right panel, but clicking "Add fields to form layout" doesnt do anything

    appricate some help ASAP
