It's been working fine but now running my classified area doesn't allow submissions

Everything worked fine for the past couple of years, but today I found that folks who are using Chrome (browser) and trying to submit an ad on my site don't have the "description" area available to them. No problem when using Microsoft Internet Explorer, but fails when using Chrome. I used to work fine. Don't know of anything that's changed, but suddenly it doesn't work.

It's been so long since I created the classified area, that I can't remember what and how I did it. Don't know how to begin to fix this weird problem.
