Just bought theme BUT! missing crucial features. Does this look right?

Only reason i bought classipress was because of its simplicity and clean look, what really sold me was the features listings slider of ads and the categories listed on page (exactly presented like the demo version)

However, After purchasing your package I'm very confused, I'm missing the features listings on the homepage, Im missing the categories list on the homepage and ive also got a message that says whoops!!! thast because I deleted "sample page" it kept diverting to sample everytime I clicked on Home" icon.

Are you able to tell me how I can get my features listings on page(s) and also categories... this is crucial and equally important for my site.

And also, whats that whoops!! message on my homepage all about?

oh and one more other thing, in my dashboard/account with appthemes, I have 2 folders I can download which came with my purchase, obviously themes.

1) Version 3.1.9
2) Development Build (generated daily)

But im confused is to what "Development Build" is? is this a child theme?
