Lightbox in single ad don't open and the contact owner widget don't work

Hello,

I have a two problem with my site. I use Wordpress 5.2.3 , Classipress 4.1.4 , Bazar Child Theme 1.0.2 , Master Slider Pro 3.2.14. My PHP version 7.3.
First problem is the gallery in single listing don't open lightbox only logged in user. Available I'm not logged in gallery lightbox is open.
How to set it to open for everyone user?

The second problem is a widget Classipress Sigle Listing Author. The contact the owner button open in modal windows with contact form. If i can click send, the page redirect me 404 error.
