if classipress sorting ads by "Post_modified" table by default,(or with a plugin to sort order) when a user renew/update his ad it will be like bumping? if that works as i say, with an extra button in dashboard(like the delete or pause button) a user will bump his ad...
for someone who doesn't want to charge for bump, maybe that is a solution.. (if this is possible)..
