List ad in alphabetical order instead of most recent posted

I have a local business directory that I have on the site and I would like this to go in alphabetical order by business name instead of in order from most recent posted ad. Is there a way to get the Local Business Directory in alphabetical order? Could there also be a bookmark section showing Local Business from the letter A-Z?
