Made adjustments to top nav in header

I need help. I have tried all that I know. I have made the top navigation (welcome, register, login) into my actual navigation bar and removed the navigation bar from the header. I need to integrate the category dropdown into this new nav area. I have tried all that I know, which when it comes to PHP is not much. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to make all my pages headers the same and maintain my unique design for nonclassi press pages. The sites address is junkersandclunkers.com. Thanks for your time.
