Membership packs without cancellation

I have something important.

Membership packs. As it stands my membership packs are:

Name Membership Benefit Subscription
Business Pack - List 40 ads $xxx per ad $xxxxx / 30 days
Business Pack - List 20 ads $xxx per ad $xxxxx / 30 days
Business Pack - List 10 ads $xxx per ad $xxxxx / 30 days
Business Pack - List 5 ads $xxx per ad $xxxxx / 30 days

OK, SAY ONE OF MY CLIENTS PURCHASE "Business Pack - List 10 ads for x amount $$" THEN THEY DECIDE A WEEK LATER THEY NEED ADDITION AD LISTINGS OF SAY 2 MORE LISTINGS, they will get moved back to my membership page and greeted with a message which says:

Please select a business membership package that you would like to purchase for your account.

Please note that changing membership plans before your current membership expires will cancel your current membership with no refund.


MY PROBLEM: if my user(s) purchases say the 10 ad pack, then week later he wants to ad additional 2 more listings, BUT doesnt want to have to purchase 5 ad pack or cancel his membership pack to ungrade to 20 pack.

Can someone design for me a separate page ( FOR MEMBERSHIPS ONLY) where they can buy additional ads, without cancelling their existing membership.

Do i make any sense, im sorry if i dont, for the last hour ive been trying to get my head around it

Basically, is there a way I can remove this cancellation button? why wud clients have to cancel there exisiting memebership packs?
