Moved Classipress to new server - wp-admin 'Access Denied'

Hi,

I just migrated my wordpress to a new host - the migration was successful, and all the user accounts (contributor) are active. However, I can't log in to the backend on my regular administrator account, receiving an 'Access Denied' message instead.

I have spoken to my host, who have said definitively that it is a problem with the theme. I have read all related forum posts, deleted classipress and logged in using default theme twentyeleven, changed my admin account's password to no end; deleted plugins; upgraded to Classipress 3.1.5 - and it's still not working.

Does anyone have an idea of how to fx this? I thought it might be something to do with editing the user's access permission from PHPmyadmin, but that didn't do anything either...

Any help would be much appreciated!
