Multiple problems using the newest Classipress

Due to some problems with the server I had to install Wordpress and Classipress all over again. I took from both the latest version (WP 3.1.2 & Classipress 3.0.5.4). After installation I saw that some aspects of the site aren't working completely right.

One of the problems is that the Categories dropdown menu is not working at all. I do have added categories and I don't know where it went wrong.

Secondly the "Just listed" and "Most popular" tabs are not working. The different tabs are displayed beneath eachother. You see the same problem if you view an Ad page. There the sidebar Tabs are also displayed beneath eachother.

Further I faced these problems: the build-in lightbox feature doens't seem to work. And the "Featured Listings" slider doesn't work, despite I marked the Ads as "Sticky".

I thought it was kinda strange this problems appeared because before the server problems every of this features worked fine. Is it a problem with the newest Wordpress, or maybe another problem?
