    Multisite MySQL issue

    So I have successfully set up a fully functional multisite application at fleabay.net. However, for the last 3 days, I have not been able to access my MySQL database. I use godaddy and they told me that because my database has more than 12,000 rows, it is causing phpMyAdmin to time out and not load the database. The site is working fine, I just can no longer get into my database, which is not an option. I will have to try another solution if I cant get this resolved. Has anyone else experienced this?
