Needs a role to be able to publish posts without too much rights

Hello Everyone, I just need a role that can publish their own blogs but no be able to do other things like delete other users posts. I logged in as an author and I was able to have rights to delete things other than my own.

Is there a custom role I can create ? Or another solution?
