new user registration issue
When new users click the register link and enter their details, the page seems to 'hang' without a submit button to go to the next page.
I have followed the suggested options from other threads including the following: disabled and re-enabled all plugins, ensured that my 'anyone can register' checkbox is ticked and disabled the wordpress login page, I have also checked that the wordpress address and site address follow exactly the same format, however I haven't found an answer to the problem so far.
