New User Registration problem

Hi guys,

I've been asked to look into a problem with a Classipress installation. As I didn't install it, I'm a little lost as to where to begin. But here's the basics:

The installation was version 3.0.5.4. The problem was, upon signing up by entering a username and email address, the user receives an error:

"ERROR: Please enter a Password."

Of course, there is no place to enter a password. I began by upgrading the site to 3.1.5, but the problem persists. Here is the registration page.
