    new users not getting email

    I have an issue with my new users not getting there password email. I get the admin email but they do not get the password email. how do i check my settings to see if there right. I did test to see if a user gets a new password sent to them via the forgot password link . That works little help please. I checked with my mail client everything is fine on there end.
