No HTML Toolbar on iPad & iPad Mini / No Step 3 Confirmation during Ad Post
WP 4.0 / ClassiPress 3.3.3 / Simply Responsive Child / ALLOW HTML is checked in Listing settings
When viewed on my desktop or laptop Mac, I get the HTML TOOLBAR for customizing the Ad DESCRIPTION field.
But, when viewed on an iPad or iPad Mini (OS 8.0.2 latest), the HTML TOOLBAR does not appear during POST AN AD or RELIST AN AD. I get the Description field, but no toolbar to add formatting. Any HTML code that was previously applied shows as HTML code in the Description field, but there is no toolbar above the field to make modifications.
Also, on the iPad platforms, the progress bar in the browser appears to hang when I press CONTINUE in Step 2 of re-listing an ad. This should take me to Step 3 (the confirmation), but the progress bar only goes about 1/2-inch. Pressing the CONTINUE button again will sometimes produce an error message saying the ad can't be re-listed because it has not yet expired. And in fact, if you go to the Home page, you will find that the ad did indeed re-list... but the Step 3 confirmation page is never displayed. It just hangs on Step 2.
I've tested with all plug-ins deactivated... as well as both with and without the child theme. Both problems occur in both configurations on iPad & iPad Mini... but NOT the desktop MacMini or MacBook.
