    no images in ads; thumbnail still displayed

    I changed the setting not to allow pictures in ads. When an ad is posted it still shows a thumbnail with the words NO IMAGE available.

    To me turning off pictures means turning them OFF. Nothing should be showing, no image, no thumbnail.
