No Response From Support or Management
I was going to avoid posting anything, until I came to the forums just now and read all the posts that are happening.
If this was my company I would have stepped in here long ago to rectify what appears to be a runaway train. You need to calm your customers and give them something to work with such as your intent for releasing a patch and a time frame.
While I know some of the rambling that's going on here by some of your customers is hard to deal with (include me if you want), it's something you have to do if you want to be successful.
