No solution found for massive image uploads

Hi,

I purchased the system recently and have implemented it into a site. We are about to go live but we have a problem with the sytem when you go to post an advert.

It's fine when you upload an image that is no more than 500px or so but when you upload an image that this larger but still withing the upload MB limit it doesn't make it to Step 3 on the sign up.

The ad seems to be posted within they system but the image is not resized and doesn't take them to the payment gateway.

I can't seem to work out the problem i assume its and issue with the image resizer. I don't know what else to do but i can't go live with this problem. I have looked on the forums but i can't find any support about this issue.

My media settings are all good and specify different dimensions in the thumbnail, medium and large fields and a 'scissors' widget that has been mentioned in other posts simply does not seem to work either.
