Page not Found after using contact form
I am not sure if I should post this here or the Simply Responsie Child Themes forum, but..

I was testing my website's contact form, I got this "Whoops, Page not found" although the message did reach my inbox, how can I fix this?

Please see attachment and also take note of the address field, I dont understand the address..
