Pagination jQuery Issue

Hi,

if there is a pagination on the 2nd tab on the homepage and page 2 is clicked on the pagination, the page reloads and shows results of the page 2 in tab 1. The user has to click on the 2nd tab button again to see the results of the post query on the second tab.

It looks like the bug lies in the theme-scripts.php.

The end-result should be: if the user is on the 2nd tab and clicks page 2 on the pagination panel, the page should display the results of page 2 in the same 2nd tab.

Any ideas?
