parse error; no more website

I recieved this error and now can not get to my website
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/content/58/8854958/html/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/theme-footer.php on line 51

I saw a post to copy and replace the file with an old one off of the ftp. Exactly how do you do this? Sorry new
