Payment Collection

How do buyers & sellers exchange money for the items listed on the site?

Is the main admin PayPal account used for these transactions or is it the responsibility of the members of the site to handle it?

I know that each member pays us first to post, etc... but how does it work if we wanted an annual fee + a percentage of the transaction?

I am basically confused on how I (the admin) collects money for membership/ad posting fees VS. how a buyer/seller collects money for their products.
