    paypal page not pulling up error message

    I updated to the new version of classipress and also updated wp. now I can post ads but they do not go through to paypal

    I shut down all the plugins and am getting this now
    Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/ab62100/public_html/rvworldnews.com/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 3376

    Any ideas on how to fix this
