Paypal transactions are not logged in classipress 3.1.6

Dear All,

I would need some assistance to set up Paypal payments.

I am using wordpress 3.3.1. and upgraded to classipress 3.1.6
Tested paypal payments in sandbox and real mode.
It seems the payments go through - seller and buyer get emails about the transaction. So Paypal is working.
However, in classipress the transactions are not logged.

Also in sandbox mode I received 3 emails when I posted an advert:
1. New ad submission - so the ad goes live and the status is 'published' at the backend.
2. Paypal IPN Debug email test IPN - in this email the payment status is 'pending'
3. Validation post isn't from paypal - It says 'fail'

If I switch off the debug mode - then I only receive the New ad submission email.

So my question is
1. Why the payment status is 'pending' if the debug is switched on?
2. Why the transactions are not logged in classipress??

**I read the previous posts regarding this issue but couldn't find any final solution / or I already tried that they wrote there**
