Pending review not working with Google Checkout payment

Hi there,

I'm using the Google checkout to take payments for a classified with Classipress. All ads need to be moderated by an administrator prior to publishing so I set the Listing->New Ad Status to Pending review.
The problem is that once the classified is paid for it is automatically published - and it needs to stay pending till the administrator has published it. Is there a setting for it? Where would it be I can't find it?

Could I use the general wordpress settings->discussion? How? If you think I would need to change some of the functionality could you point me in the right direction?

I would appreciate any help.
