Picture not showing up... Again...

OK, picture troubles again... I've had this problem before and with the help of this forum figured out the weird quirks this theme has. Since then, I haven't had too many problems. But I'm having problems again.

Here's the ad- New Zealand Angus Grass-Based Genetics Bulls & Semen Born and Raised in America -California Dry land pature raised, no frills , no fooling | Trading Post @ The Grassfed Exchange

The ad owner had some issues that appear to be simply user or computer error, so she asked us to add the picture for her.
This is what I did to add the picture...

What's going wrong? Other ads have pictures no problem! Why is this one having so many issues?
