PLEASE point me in the right direction...
I must be missing it. Where is the feature for auto resizing of images???
I am referring to this feature posted on the Apptheme site.

Auto-Resizing Images
Images uploaded with each ad are automatically re-sized into three different sizes. All images are accessible from within the WordPress media library which makes management a breeze.
This is becoming an issue for one of my projects. I do see that 3 new images are generated. 1 each of 3 sizes. But the original is also being uploaded and stays there even after an ad is deleted.
What am I doing wrong. Where is the option for this?
As it is, many people are trying to upload 2, 3, 4, 5meg files. The uploaded file is not be resized. It's being upload in full size, copied, then smaller versions are being used. But when I look at the directory, I have 4 versions of every photo the user uploads. So I would have to set the file upload to several megs to make them happy.
This is something I have done several times in non Wordpress php applications. So I know a little about what I am looking for. But I'm not seeing it. Please help, it's driving me crazy!
Thanks,
