possible to add a lightbox in page and post?

hi, i want to use lightbox effect on page and post page... and i just installed lightbox plus plugin, it works well but then my ads page images colorbox(classipress default lightbox plugin) not working.. i had tried several lightbox plugins, but they all seems couldnt work together with classipress default colorbox scripting..

i wonder that can i use the classipress default lightbox script instead of install another lightbox plugin that will cause the crash..?
that i can add something like rel="colorbox" in href without installing other plugin..
