Post an Ad does not work
I tried to update classipress from 3.1.3 to 3.1.9. Theme update failed and "Post an Ad" button stopped working. When I click on "Post an Ad" button, I get the error message:An Error Has Occurred

This ad has already been published or you do not have permission to activate this ad. Please contact the site admin if you are experiencing any issues.

I disable all plugins however it does not help.

Any help to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.
