Post An Ad Issue?

Hi all, this is more of a usability issue to be honest about it. When a user is not logged in and is for example a first time visitor and they immediately click the "Post an Ad" button on the right of menu bar they are give the option to login. I just feel it strange on this page that there is no button to register for a new user? Is this something others noticed? I know of course you can register at the top of the site I just feel when a user clicks this "Post an Ad" button they should be hit with an option to register
