Post an Ad not allowing selection of second level category in IE9

Hi,

I have been adding ads slowly each day and have noticed occasionally in IE9 that the second category does not load once you select the first category. See screen shot. I select top level category of 'Home Entertainment' and the second level category dropdown listbox should appear.
Instead, the spinning (loading) icon sits there forever.

Previously I've resolved this by closing IE9 and re-opening it. Tonight that has not worked. so I have emptied the cache, removing cookies, history, active x and everything else. Then restarting IE9, but no luck.

This works fine with Chrome, but not everybody uses Chrome!

I have deactivated all PlugIns but that didn't make any difference, besides it worked last night with them.

I only have 20 ads loaded, 4 top level categories each with a second layer of 5 - 8 sub-categories.

I've remoted into my desktop at work and IE8 works fine.

Does anyone else have IE9? if so, would they care to register at my site and place a dummy ad? You only have to go so far as getting to the next screen where the details are entered. Once confirmed, please let me know via this thread.
