Post Ad Page showing as normal blog page, empty after renaming

I had an working classipress v3.1.6 that i've upgraded to v3.1.7.
Except few bugs that where discussed here as well, i believe i have found a new one.

I needed to modify the post ad page URL and went to admin.php?page=settings to do this.
After i've changed the name to the desired and modified accordingly in post.php?post=7&action=edit, the button "Post Ad" lead me to a normal blog page instead of the form steps from posting a new ad.

I have also re-saved the permalinks and tried to reverse the name of the page to the old working name, but it didn't worked either.
I would really need to solve this issue asap, so please provide any possible suggestions to solve this issue. Thank you.
