    pricing - not all Categories Showing??

    In my pricing screen ('price per category' option), I do not see all of my categories listed.

    I did a search and this thread http://forums.appthemes.com/visibili...g-screen-8642/ would appear to address the issue, except I only see ONE column of categories listed.

    Please help?? This is confusing my customers.
