Problem with cron job and expired adds
Well Ive spent several hours today reading the forums on this issue and haven't seen anyone with my exact issue so ill post.
Ive ran several test adds, when they expire i receive an email saying "Your cron job has run successfully." - "No expired ads were found."
Clearly i have expired adds. Im hoping that im just overlooking a silly setting somewhere but perhaps not. ill list them below.
i get this exact same response when i run "Run Ads Expired Check Now:" Ive also read that the cron job will not run until someone visits. Ive triggered this by connecting via vpn with same issues. still receive the email as above. adds are not removed. i am running a plugin, however i have the same exact problem when testing on my local server. both sets are the same minus the plugin. Any advice would be kool ;p

cron - is set for hourly
all email notices are on
