As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

PROBLEM with Simply Responsive theme
Hello,
Today I have installed wordpress and then the Classipress 3.3.1 with no issues. I then tried to upload the Simply Responsive CP 331 theme. Once I did that the theme is working on the site but I cannot access the admin. No matter what I do it just says page could not be found when I type /wp-admin. Once I took the theme off admin started to work properly again.

Can someone please help? Thank you very much!!
